Build with Pukot

Come in where you can make the system materially better.

We are not filling an org chart for its own sake. Pukot is deliberately AI-heavy. We bring humans in where judgment, domain depth, relationships, accountability or execution can multiply what the current system can do.

Before applying, use the Pukot Telegram bot and answer at least one question. Apply with the same Telegram username.
What we are looking for
Find a real hole
Something important that the current team, agents or systems are not doing well enough.
Own the improvement
Do more than advise. Audit, build, test, sell, research, operate or distribute.
Create leverage
Your presence should improve quality, speed, reach, judgment or economic output.
Titles follow demonstrated ownership. We are not collecting executives.
Ways in

Three application routes.

Founding Fellows

For deep domain work in Statistical Science, Forecasting Science, Prediction Markets and Research Methodology. Multiple Fellows may work in a domain before an accountable Domain Lead emerges.

Operating roles

We expect humans may become force multipliers in areas such as operations, Chief of Staff work, sales, partnerships, marketing, growth and distribution. These are not automatic full-time headcount commitments.

Open application

If you see a gap we have not named, tell us. The useful boundary is not the department. It is whether you can materially improve the system and take ownership of doing it.

We care more about evidence than polish.

A GitHub profile, paper, portfolio, trading record, research notebook, operating system, sales track record, distribution channel, community, or a sharp critique of Pukot can all be useful evidence. A CV alone is not enough to tell us much.

Try the product before you critique it. Use the Telegram bot, answer at least one question, then tell us what you observed. We will verify the same Telegram username at submission.
Application

Show us where you create leverage.

Keep it concrete. Links are useful. Specific criticism is useful. We do not need a formal cover letter.

Applying does not guarantee a role, compensation or equity. Arrangements depend on the work, evidence and fit.
